Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Eligible Returns We accept return requests for the following reasons:
- The item arrived defective or damaged
- The wrong item was shipped to you
- The item significantly differs from its product description
Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
How to Request a Refund Email us at contact@distributormerch.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)
We will respond within 2 business days with next steps.
Approved Refunds Once your return is approved and the item is received, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days back to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items The following are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items returned without prior approval
- Final sale items (marked as such at time of purchase)
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at contact@distributormerch.com. We will work with USPS to investigate and file a claim on your behalf if necessary.
