Shipping Policy

Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Carrier & Delivery All orders ship via USPSwithin the contiguous United States. Estimated delivery time is 1–2 weeks from the date of shipment. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Coverage We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you are responsible for monitoring your tracking information. If your tracking shows a delay or issue, please contact your local USPS facility first, then reach out to us if the issue is unresolved.

Late or Missing Packages If your package has not arrived within 21 days of your ship date, please contact us at contact@distributormerch.com. We will open an investigation with USPS and work with you to resolve the issue, including filing a claim if applicable.

Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at contact@distributormerch.com — we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.
